摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情背景下,幼儿园保育工作面临多重挑战,应科学、规范、合理、有效的保障幼儿健康的成长。分析幼儿园、家长针对幼儿园保育工作存在的问题,对省内幼儿园、幼儿家长的保育工作提供有效指导,对幼儿教育管理机构制定保育政策提供有效参考。In the context of the Covid-19 epidemic,nursery care work in the kindergarten faces multiple challenges.To meet the challenges in the special period,it is very important to protect the healthy growth of children in a scientific,normative,reasonable and effective way.This article explores problems in kindergarten nursery care work under the background of normalization of epidemic prevention and control,hoping to provide effective guidance for the nursery care work of other kindergartens and parents of children,as well as an effective reference for formulating nursery policies in institutions of childhood education management.
