以“社会剧”界定关汉卿公案戏——从元杂剧《窦娥冤》谈起  

On Defining Guan Hanqing’s Drama of Legal Case by“Social Drama”——Starting from Yuan Drama Dou E’s Case of Injustice

摘　　要：公案戏是元杂剧主要类型之一,多以清官断案作为解决戏剧矛盾的方式,因此“反映元代黑暗社会,呼唤廉洁的政治”成为定义公案戏内涵的通用语,关汉卿创作的四部公案戏亦然。在西方戏剧理论界出现了以社会剧、问题剧辨别戏剧作品类型的二分法,深入探讨社会问题与普遍人性在戏剧创作中的辩证关系。以此理论反观关汉卿公案剧可以辨析出后世对公案戏已约定俗成的偏见,进而探析出公案戏的真实面貌。The drama of legal cases is one of the main types of drama in the Yuan dynasty.It mainly takes settling lawsuits by clean officials as the way of resolving the drama contradiction.Therefore,“reflecting the dark society of Yuan dynasty and calling for non-corrupt politics”has become the common language to define the connotation of the drama of legal cases.In the field of western drama theory,there is a dichotomy of distinguishing the types of drama works by social drama and problem play,which deeply discusses the dialectical relationship between social problems and human beings’universal nature in drama creation.On the basis of this theory,the study of Guan Hanqing’s drama of legal cases can distinguish the prejudice that has been established for case drama in later generations,and then explore the true essence of case drama.
