摘　　要：移动工作台是压力机实现方便、快速更换模具的重要功能部件。其常用驱动方式有液压驱动式、机械牵引器驱动式、气动马达驱动。这些方式都存在一定的局限性。通过一种新型变频调速电机快速驱动移动工作台的技术研究,实现移动工作台运行曲线的柔性化,满足了定位精度高、移动速度快的要求,大大缩短了更换模具的时间,提高了生产效率。Through the technical research of a new type of variable frequency speed regulating motor to quickly drive the mobile worktable,the flexibility of the mobile worktable’s operating curve has been realized,and the requirements of high positioning accuracy and quick moving speed have been satisfied,which greatly shortens the time for die replacement and improves production efficiency.It has guiding significance for the design of the mobile worktable of metal forming equipment.
