摘  要:初步探索"以胜任力为导向"的分阶梯段培养模式对提高不同教育背景、不同专业和不同年级的住院医师在心血管内科培训效果的积极意义。按入科时其所属专业和年级将在培住院医师分为"初阶""中阶"和"高阶"三阶段完成其在心血管内科的培养。每个阶段规定培训时间和培训目标,以临床能力培训、科研能力培训和教学能力培训为主要模块制定培训内容。"分阶段培养模式"通过细化培训规程,使培训对象更清晰认知培训目标,有助于分阶段对培训情况进行自我评价;有助于按步骤进行螺旋上升式培训,避免培训陷入简单重复的不良循环,使培训对象保持持续的学习动力。To explore the positive significance of"competency-oriented"step-by-step training model in improving the training effect of resident doctors in different educational backgrounds,different majors and different grades in cardiovascular medicine.According to their major and grade,they will be divided into"first stage""middle stage"and"higher level"to complete their training in cardiovascular medicine.Each stage sets the training duration and training objectives,and develops the training content with clinical ability training,scientific research ability training and teaching ability training as the main modules.By refining the training procedures,the"phased training model"can make the training object more clear about the training goal,help to evaluate the training situation in stages,avoid the training falling into a simple and repeated bad cycle,and help to carry out spiral upward training step by step,keep the training object motivated.
