基础治疗联合牙周维护应用于慢性牙周炎治疗的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨基础治疗联合牙周维护应用于慢性牙周炎治疗的效果。方法:2018年5-12月收治慢性牙周炎患者70例,随机分为两组。对照组采用牙周基础治疗方法;研究组采用基础治疗联合牙周维护方法。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后附着丧失(AL)、Mazza出血指数(BI)及牙周袋深度(PD)等指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性牙周炎治疗过程中选择基础治疗联合牙周维护方法,可以有效改善牙周环境,提高临床治疗效果。Objective:To explore the effect of basic treatment combined with periodontal maintenance in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods:From May to December 2018,70 patients with chronic periodontitis were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with periodontal base therapy.The study group was treated with basic treatment combined with periodontal maintenance.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The treatment total effective rate was higher in the study group than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The posterior attachment loss(AL),Mazza bleeding index(BI),periodontal pocket depth(PD)and other indexes in the study group were all lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The choice of basic treatment combined with periodontal maintenance in the treatment of chronic periodontitis can effectively improve the periodontal environment and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
