摘　　要：专业实习不仅能提高学生理论联系实际的能力,而且有助于培养学生的工程实践能力、专业意识和创新意识。针对专业实习中的现实困境,学校应大胆探索实习新模式,优化实习培养方案。将线上线下相结合、虚拟与现实相结合以及实习、毕业、就业相结合,实施多元方式相结合的实习模式,提高实习教学质量,培养出优秀的应用型人才。Professional practice can not only improve the students'capacity of theory with practice,but also help to cultivate the students'engineering ability,professional and innovation consciousness.In view of the actual dilemmas in professional practice,the schools should explore new modes of practice and optimize the training programs.Combining online with offline,virtuality with reality,practice,graduation and employment,the multiple-combination practice mode is beneficial to improve the practice quality and cultivate excellent applied talents.
