摘 要:目的利用三维扫描技术获取皖北地区汉族青年颌面部软组织三维图像,进行颌面部软组织三维数据的测量,比较皖北地区汉族青年男女的不同性别间颌面部软组织形态差异,初步建立皖北地区汉族青年颌面部软组织形态三维数据库。方法选取皖北地区汉族青年男女共120例,采用三维扫描仪EinScan-Pro+采集其颌面部软组织三维图像,选择18个颌面部测量标志点,应用Geomagic wrap软件对13个颌面部线距测量项目进行测量,建立38个颌面部线距测量比例,利用SPSS 21.0软件对不同性别测量结果进行独立样本t检验,比较男女颌面部软组织形态差异。结果皖北地区汉族青年男性与女性间有8个颌面部线距测量项目有显著差异(P<0.05),仅有9个颌面部线距测量比例有显著差异(P<0.05),多数无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论三维扫描用于颌面部软组织形态的测量可初步建立皖北地区汉族青年颌面部软组织形态三维数据库,并为临床正畸诊疗及整形提供数据参考。Objective To obtain the three-dimensional images of maxillofacial soft tissue of young Han nationality in northern Anhui by three-dimensional scanning technique,and measure the three-dimensional data of maxillofacial soft tissue.Comparing the differences of maxillofacial soft tissue morphology between males and females of Han nationality in northern Anhui,so as to establish a three-dimensional database of maxillofacial soft tissue morphology of young Han nationality in northern Anhui.Methods A total of 120 young males and females of Han nationality in northern Anhui were selected.Three-dimensional images of maxillofacial soft tissue were collected by three-dimensional scanner EinScan-Pro+,18 maxillofacial measurement markers were selected,13 maxillofacial line spacing measurement items were measured by Geomagic wrap software,38 maxillofacial line spacing measurements were established,and independent sample test of different sex measurement results was carried out by SPSS 21.0 software.The morphological differences of maxillofacial soft tissue between males and females were compared.Results There were 8 items of maxillofacial line distance between males and females in northern Anhui(P<0.05),a significant difference was found in the proportion of line spacing measured in only 9 maxillofacial regions(P<0.05),most had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Three-dimensional scanning can be used to measure soft tissue morphology in maxillofacial region,and it can provide a data reference for clinical orthodontic diagnosis and treatment and plastic surgery.
