摘　　要：该文概括介绍癌症患者生命质量测定量表体系第2版QLICP(V2.0)的研发情况,包括研究背景意义、现状、应用以及存在问题与发展趋势等,尤其是与美国FACT、欧洲QLQ体系进行了对比,说明QLICP具有层次结构清晰、测量学特性好且具有中国文化特色等特性,可进一步在临床中推广应用。This paper briefly introduced the research and development of the second version of the system of Quality of Life Instruments for Cancer Patients QLICP(V2.0),including the background,status quo,applications,existing problems and development trend,and compared it with the U.S.FACT and EU QLQ.It is concluded that the QLICP(V2.0)is characterized by clear hierarchical structure,good psychometric properties and Chinese cultural characteristics,and can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
