摘　　要：目的初步探讨影响肝癌患者报告结局与生命质量的遗传因素。方法采用文献检索、生物信息查询、专家咨询、小组讨论等方法探索影响肝癌发生、发展、侵袭转移、预后、复发和遗传易感性等方面的相关基因,分析这些基因对患者的报告结局和生命质量可能造成的影响。结果对肝癌发生、发展和转归有影响的基因有RUNX3、PTEN、Gli2、BAG-1、DEK、HGF等;对肝癌预后复发有影响的基因有DDR1、ANXA10、STMN1、SQSTM1等;与肝癌遗传易感性有关的基因有ERCC1、IL-16等。结论上述相关基因可能会影响肝癌患者的报告结局和生命质量。Objective To preliminarily explore the genetic factors affecting patient-reported outcomes and quality of life in patients with liver cancer.Methods Literature retrieval,biological information query,expert consultation,panel discussion and other methods were used to explore the relevant genes that affect the occurrence,development,invasion,metastasis,prognosis,recurrence and genetic susceptibility of liver cancer,and to analyze the possible influence of these genes on patientreported outcomes and quality of life.Results RUNX3,PTEN,Gli2,BAG-1,DEK,and HGF may affect the occurrence,development and prognosis of liver cancer.DDR1,ANXA10,STMN1,and SQSTM1 may affect the prognosis and recurrence of liver cancer.ERCC1 and IL-16 may affect the genetic susceptibility of liver cancer.Conclusion The genes mentioned above may influence patient-reported outcomes and quality of life in patients with liver cancer.
