摘　　要：运用利益相关者理论研究我国男子足球归化外籍球员的困境及其消解问题。提出入籍细则“多点争议”、实践推进“多重障碍”和预设目标“多层迷障”是我国男子足球归化外籍球员的现实困境,利益主体“多方博弈”、利益客体“权责交织”和利益环境“因素叠加”是重要原因。基于利益均衡原则,形成“全景视角”和推进“标本兼治”是消解我国男子足球归化外籍球员现实困境的有效举措,前者需要以深化改革目标坚持归化方向、以职业体育目标紧扣归化主线和以市场机制目标落实归化抓手;后者需要从法律维度保证归化程序公正合法、从政策维度加强归化目标协调发展和从文化维度重视归化对象身份认同。Using stakeholder theory,this paper discusses the predicaments and solution routes of Naturalization foreign players in men soccer field in China.Related predicaments include doubts in naturalization rules,barriers in practice process,vagueness in related goals,reasons include multilateral game among interest bodies,interweave of right and duty in interest objects,and overlaid factors in interest surroundings.To solve these predicaments,having a panoramic view to insist on naturalization policy,clarify naturalization idea and implement naturalization process is necessary,having a total solution effect to guarantee the fairness and legitimacy of naturalization process,pay attention to harmonious development among different goals and strengthen identity among naturalization players is urgent.
