摘　　要：文章运用文献资料研究、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法,对我国学校体育现代化治理中存在问题进行审思,并提供路径选择。研究认为,学校体育中管理与治理的失衡;法律法规不健全;督导权威性、实效性不强;学校体育发展依托主体过于单一,未能形成有效的推进机制等问题是制约我国学校体育现代化治理的重要因素。推动学校体育现代化治理应从提高学校体育法制化水平、健全内部相关制度、加强学校体育法规政策的执行与监督、健全学校体育督导体制机制、建立高效而务实的学校体育管理体制等方面着手。By using the methods of literature research,expert interview and logical analysis,this paper examines the problems existing in the governance of school physical education modernization in China,and provides path selection.The research shows that the imbalance of management and governance in school sports,imperfect laws and regulations,weak supervision authority and effectiveness,single relying subject of school sports development and failure to form an effective promotion mechanism are the important factors restricting the modernization of school physical education in China.To promote the modernization of school physical education,we should improve the legal level of school sports,improve the internal related systems,strengthen the implementation and supervision of school sports laws and policies,improve the supervision system and mechanism of school sports,and establish an efficient and pragmatic school sports management system.
