基于大型仪器共享监控管理系统下的实验室管理探讨

摘　　要：在国家推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设的宏观背景下,加强和完善实验室的建设与管理,对于建设“特色高水平”大学具有重要的意义。本文以安徽农业大学园艺学院为例,介绍了安徽农业大学园艺学院大型仪器设备的状况、大型仪器设备平台开放共享管理系统的运行模式以及共享监控管理系统下实验室管理取得的一些成效,针对实验室建设及管理工作中存在的问题,从建立建全完善的管理制度、加强实验技术人员队伍的建设和提高仪器使用率三个方面入手,提出了解决问题的具体方案,以期探索大型仪器共享监控管理系统下的实验室管理新模式。Under the macro background of the country’s promotion of the construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines,strengthening and improving the construction and management of laboratory is of great significance for the construction of“high-level university with distinctive characteristics”.Taking the School of Horticulture of Anhui Agricultural University as an example,this paper introduces the status of large-scale instruments and equipment,the operation mode of the open sharing management system for large-scale instrument and equipment platform,and some beneficial effects of laboratory management under the shared monitoring and management system.For existing problems in the construction and management of the laboratory,from the establishment of a comprehensive management system,strengthening the construction of laboratory technicians,and increasing the use of instruments,specific solutions to the problems are proposed in order to explore the new laboratory management model under the large-scale instrument sharing monitoring management system.
