摘　　要：具有较高职业素养的应用技术型人才是国家与社会发展的基础和动力。高等院校是培养人才、传承与创新社会精神、国家精神的重要阵地。探究在高等院校中培养应用技术型人才职业素养的过程中融入工匠精神,既能使工匠精神得到传承与创新,更重要的是能丰富人才职业素养教育内容,确保人才职业素养教育的实践性和时效性。Applied technology talents with high professional quality have significant influence on national development and social progress.Colleges and universities are required to cultivate application-oriented and technology talents with inheriting and innovative social spirit.Exploring how to integrate craftsman spirit in the course of training technical and applied talents with high professionalism is imperative.It is not only beneficial to the inheritance and innovation of craftsman spirit,but also enriches the content of talent education with professional quality,which further ensure practical property and effectiveness of talent professionalism cultivation.
