桑白皮汤对豚鼠离体气管平滑肌的舒张作用

摘　　要：目的探讨桑白皮汤对气管平滑肌的作用。方法制备豚鼠离体气管螺旋条后浸泡于K-H营养液中,采用BL-420N生物机能系统测定其张力的变化,分别观察桑白皮汤高(0.20 g·mL^-1)、中(0.10 g·mL^-1)、低剂量(0.05 g·mL^-1)对豚鼠正常离体气管和组胺(His)、乙酰胆碱(ACh)和氯化钾(KCl)致痉的豚鼠离体气管张力的影响,计算解痉率。结果低、中、高剂量桑白皮汤对豚鼠正常离体气管平滑肌均具有舒张作用;对ACh、His和KCl致豚鼠离体气管平滑肌收缩均有一定的解痉作用。结论桑白皮汤对离体气管平滑肌有舒张作用,其机制可能是与抗组胺和抑制钙离子通道有关。Objective To study the relaxation effect of Sangbaipi decoction on isolated tracheal strips of guinea pigs.Methods The isolated tracheal strips of guinea pigs were prepared and immersed in K-H nutrient solution.Acetylcholine(ACh),histamine(His)and potassium chloride(KCl)were used to induce the contraction of tracheal strips.The effects of high(0.20 g·mL^-1),medium(0.10 g·mL^-1)and low dose(0.05 g·mL^-1)of Sangbaipi decoction on the tracheal strips under the resting state and contraction induced by histamine,acetylcholine and KCl were measured by BL-420N biological function system,and the antispasmodic rate was calculated.Results Low,medium and high dose Sangbaipi decoction could relax the isolated tracheal smooth muscle of the resting state and after treatment with ACh,His,and KCl.Conclusion Sangbaipi decoction has relaxation effect on isolated tracheal smooth muscle.The mechanism may be related to antihistamine and calcium channel inhibition.
