摘　　要：患者男,15岁。右上肢丘疹、结节2年余。皮损组织病理示:真皮内可见扩张、畸形的毛囊结构,皮脂腺小叶增生呈放射状排列,毛囊周围有增生硬化的胶原,部分胶原间形成裂隙;真皮浅层可见成熟的脂肪组织,并可见淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:毛囊皮脂腺囊性错构瘤。A case of a giant folliculosebaceous cystic hamartoma that occurs in the upper limb is reported.A 15-year-old boy presented papules and nodules on his right upper limb for more than 2 years.Histopathological examination showed an enlarged deformed folliculosebaceous cystic structures in the upper dermis,and proliferated sebaceous lobules radiated from the deformed cystic follicular structures.There were clefts between the stroma and the cystic tissue.Moreover,ectopic adiocytes and lymphocytes were found in the stroma.Folliculosebaceous cystic hamartoma was diagnosed.
