消化道出血患者应用大剂量醋酸奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑效果

摘　　要：目的:探究大剂量醋酸奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑在消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年6月87例难治性上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,采用随机综合平衡法,把研究对象划分A组(n=43,小剂量醋酸奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑)和B组(n=44,大剂量醋酸奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑),比较两组临床疗效、血常规、血生化指标。结果:B组患者临床治疗总有效率显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,B组血红蛋白、血细胞比容、血浆碳酸氢根离子均高于A组,B组尿素氮低于A组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用大剂量醋酸奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗难治性上消化道出血,临床疗效显著,患者的血常规、血生化指标可得到明显改善,利于尽快止血,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of high-dose Octreotide Acetate combined with Omeprazole in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.Method:From July 2018 to June 2019,87 patients with intractable upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were selected as the research objects.The research objects were divided into group A (n=43,low-dose Octreotide Acetate combined with Omeprazole) and group B (n=44,high-dose Octreotide Acetate combined with Omeprazole) by using the random comprehensive balance method.The clinical efficacy,blood routine and blood biochemical indexes of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in group B was significantly higher than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention,the ratio of hemoglobin,hematocrit and bicarbonate ion in group B were higher than that in group A,and the urea nitrogen in group B was lower than that in group A,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:High-dose Octreotide Acetate combined with Omeprazole using in the treatment of refractory upper gastrointestinal bleeding has significant clinical effect.The blood routine and biochemical indexes of the patients are significantly improved,which is conducive to hemostasis as soon as possible,and worthy of promotion.
