江苏省武术运动员退役后就业方向探究

摘　　要：近年来,江苏省的竞技体育发展迅速。做好武术运动员退役后的就业安置工作,不仅有利于运动员自身的发展,更有利于建立优秀的武术运动队伍。为深入了解江苏省武术运动员退役后的就业方向,本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等对2004—2014年退役武术运动员的就业方向进行调查分析,为江苏省制定退役运动员就业安置方案提供参考意见。Competitive sports in Jiangsu Province have developed rapidly in recent years.Good work placement for retired Wushu athletes is beneficial to establish excellent Wushu team and the development of athletes.In order to understand the employment trend of retired Wushu athletes in Jiangsu Province,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics to investigate the employment direction of retired Wushu athletes from 2004 to 2014,in order to provide reference for Jiangsu Province to formulate the employment placement of retired athletes.
