甘露聚糖肽联合SOX方案化疗对晚期胃癌患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察甘露聚糖肽联合SOX方案化疗对晚期胃癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选择2017年4月-2019年3月本院治疗的晚期胃癌患者78例。按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组接受SOX方案化疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用甘露聚糖肽注射液治疗。观察两组近期疗效、免疫功能指标[CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+]及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为87.18%,虽略高于对照组的74.36%,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组消化道反应、乏力发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组骨髓抑制、口腔溃疡发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:晚期胃癌患者接受甘露聚糖肽联合SOX方案化疗在改善患者免疫功能方面效果较佳,具有较好的治疗效果,不良反应较少,具有较高的安全性。Objective:To observe the effect of Mannan Peptide combined with SOX chemotherapy on immune function in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Method:Seventy-eight patients with advanced gastric cancer treated in our hospital from April 2017 to March 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group.The control group received SOX chemotherapy,the observation group was treated with Mannan Peptide Injection on the basis of the control group.The short-term efficacy,immune function indexes[CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+]and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.18%,which was slightly higher than 74.36% of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8^+ in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of digestive tract reaction and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of bone marrow suppression and oral ulcer between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Mannan Peptide combined with SOX chemotherapy can improve the immune function of patients with advanced gastric cancer,it has a better therapeutic effect,less adverse reactions,with high safety.
