立式击弦机半自动组装结构复奏性能研究

摘  要:击弦机是钢琴发声的核心和心脏。当前钢琴的立式击弦机组装工艺主要有2种:全自动组装工艺、全人工组装工艺,这2种组装工艺各自存在缺点,影响了立式击弦机结构复奏性能,对钢琴发音质量产生影响,因此,针对这一问题,进行了立式击弦机半自动组装结构复奏性能研究。为此,利用新型半自动组装工艺组装立式击弦机结构,并对复奏性能进行研究。研究具体分为3部分,第一部分对立式击弦机结构组成进行分析,第二部分对半自动组装工艺进行研究,第三部分以全自动组装、全人工组装、半自动组装3种工艺为对比项,探讨半自动组装工艺下,立式击弦机的复奏性能。结果表明:在半自动组装工艺应用下,立式击弦机一秒种内能平均演奏出10个音,这一结果要好于全自动组装工艺、全人工组装工艺的应用效果,由此可知立式击弦机半自动组装结构复奏性能更强。The percussion machine is the core and heart of piano sound production.At present,there are two kinds of vertical percussion machine assembly technology:full-automatic assembly technology and full manual assembly technology.These two kinds of assembly technology have their own shortcomings,which affect the performance of vertical percussion machine structure and the piano sound quality.Therefore,in view of this problem,a semi-automatic assembly structure of vertical percussion machine is carried out is research on the performance of the ensemble.The research is divided into three parts.The first part,t he structure of the vertical string striking machine is analyzed,the second part,the semi-automatic assembly process is studied,the third part,the performance of the vertical string striking machine is discussed under the semi-automatic assembly process by comparing the two processes of the full-automatic assembly and the full manual assembly.The results show that:under the application of the semi-automatic assembly process,the vertical string striking machine 1 The result is better than the application effect of full-automatic assembly process and full manual assembly process.It can be seen that the performance of semi-automatic assembly structure of vertical percussion machine is stronger.
