经阴道彩色多普勒超声在子宫内膜病变诊断中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究子宫内膜病变患者采用阴道彩色多普勒超声检查的诊断价值。方法选取本院2017年9月至2019年9月就诊的疑似子宫内膜病变患者86例作为研究对象,全部患者都接受阴道彩色多普勒超声与腹部彩色多普勒超声检查,并将两种检查方法的诊断结果和病理检查予以比较。结果全部患者中,经病理检查确诊为子宫内膜病变有72例,确诊率83.72%,发现子宫内膜增生患者38例,子宫内膜息肉患者15例,黏膜下肌瘤患者13例,子宫内膜癌6例;阴道超声发现上述患者例数分别是35、13、12、5例,总计65例,诊断准确率90.28%;腹部超声发现上述患者例数分别为27、11、11、1例,总计50例,诊断准确率69.44%;阴道超声与腹部超声在子宫内膜息肉与黏膜下肌瘤的诊断符合率方面的对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);阴道超声诊断子宫内膜增生、子宫内膜癌与子宫内膜病变总体符合率方面均比腹部超声高(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜病变患者采用阴道彩色多普勒超声检查的诊断价值较好,可使子宫内膜病变的诊断符合率显著提升。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in patients with endometrial lesions.Methods Eightysix patients with suspected endometrial lesions in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients received vaginal color Doppler ultrasound and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound,and the diagnosis results and pathological examination of the two methods were compared.Result Among all the patients,72 cases were diagnosed as endometrial lesions by pathological examination,the diagnosis rate was 83.72%,38 cases of endometrial hyperplasia,15 cases of endometrial polyps,13 cases of submucosal myoma,and 6 cases of endometrial cancer;the number of above-mentioned patients detected by transvaginal ultrasound were 35,13,12 and 5 cases respectively,with a total of 65 cases,and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 90.28%;abdominal ultrasound found that the number of patients with endometrial lesions was 35,13,12 and 5,with a total of 65 cases,and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 90.28%The number of patients were 27,11,11,1 respectively,with a total of 50 cases,and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 69.44%.There was no significant difference between vaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps and submucosal myoma(P>0.05);the overall coincidence rate of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial hyperplasia,endometrial cancer and endometrial lesions was higher than that of abdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic value of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound in patients with endometrial lesions is good,which can significantly improve the diagnostic coincidence rate of endometrial lesions.
