特利加压素治疗失代偿期肝硬化腹水患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究特利加压素治疗失代偿期肝硬化腹水患者的临床疗效。方法选择2017年10月至2018年10月来我院进行治疗的失代偿期肝硬化腹水患者110例,按照入院挂号尾数的奇偶数分为观察组(奇数)和对照组(偶数),各55例。对照组患者通过常规基础治疗方案进行治疗,观察组患者在常规基础治疗方案之上应用特利加压素进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗后尿量、腹水深度、腹围、体质量;门静脉内径和脾静脉内径;肝功能指标及肾功能指标。结果治疗后,观察组患者的尿量、体质量、腹水深度、腹围、门静脉内径和脾静脉内径均优于对照组,存在统计学差异性,P<0.05;观察组患者的总胆红素、丙氨酸转氨酶、清蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐水平均明显优于对照组,存在统计学差异性,P<0.05。结论临床对失代偿期肝硬化腹水患者在常规治疗基础上使用特利加压素能够有效地帮助患者改善相关临床症状,促进病情的恢复,维持患者的肝肾功能指标水平。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of terlipressin in the treatment of patients with ascites due to decompensated liver cirrhosis.Methods One hundred and ten patients with ascites due to decompensated liver cirrhosis and who came to our hospital for treatment from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected.They were divided into observation group(odd number)and control group(even number)according to the odd and even number of admissions,55 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with the conventional basic treatment plan,and patients in the observation group were treated with terlipressin on top of the conventional basic treatment plan.The urine output,ascites depth,abdominal circumference,body weight after treatment;portal vein diameter and splenic vein diameter;liver function indexes and renal function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the urine volume,body weight,ascites depth,abdominal circumference,portal vein diameter and splenic vein diameter of the observation group were better than those of the control group,with statistical differences,P<0.05;the total bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase,albumin,blood urea nitrogen,and blood creatinine levels of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistical differences,P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical use of terlipressin on the basis of conventional treatment for patients with ascites due to decompensated liver cirrhosis can effectively help patients improve related clinical symptoms,promote disease recovery,and maintain the level of liver and kidney function indicators.
