丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸肠溶片联合熊去氧胆酸治疗酒精肝胆汁淤积症患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸肠溶片联合熊去氧胆酸治疗酒精肝胆汁淤积症患者的临床疗效。方法选择我院2017年10月至2019年2月诊治的80例酒精肝胆汁淤积症患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组以丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸肠溶片治疗,研究组选择丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸肠溶片联合熊去氧胆酸治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、各项肝功能指标、不良反应发生情况以及治疗后瘙痒评分。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBiL)水平均优于对照组,不良反应发生率、治疗后瘙痒评分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论针对长期饮酒存在酒精肝胆汁淤积症患者,可以采用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸肠溶片和熊去氧胆酸共同治疗的方法,有利于调节患者肝功能水平,提升治疗效果。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Adenosylmethionine succinate enteric coated tablets combined with ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of patients with alcoholic liver cholestasis.Methods From October 2017 to February 2019,80 patients with alcoholic liver cholestasis were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Adenosylmethionine succinate enteric coated tablets,and the study group was treated with adenosylmethionine succinate enteric coated tablets combined with ursodeoxycholic acid.The clinical efficacy,liver function indexes,adverse reactions and pruritus score after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and total bilirubin(TBil)in the study group after treatment were better than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions and pruritus score after treatment were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Adenosylmethionine succinate enteric coated tablets and ursodeoxycholic acid can be used in the treatment of patients with alcoholic liver cholestasis after long-term drinking,which is conducive to regulating the level of liver function and improving the therapeutic effect.
