摘  要:探讨在特殊社会环境下适合妇产科专业医学生规范化培训的社会化案例式教学模式的改变。以开放型平台结构微博为基础,完成以疾病和病种为中心的15个临床案例虚拟分析和处理,并对教学带教的新模式进行问卷式质控和效果评价。以微博为基础的产科社会化案例式教学新模式可提高规范化培训住院医师临床诊治技能,开拓实践领域。To explore the online teaching mode for standardized training of obstetric residents, we implemented the "disease-centric" online case teaching mode based on the open platform Weibo. Teaching cases were made based on real clinical cases with objective indicators such as clinical manifestations, physical examinations, and auxiliary examinations after regulated under ethics and laws. The teaching cases were post on Weibo in the form of text, pictures and videos. Residents discuss the cases online about medical processes such as diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up online, with the guide and comment of the teachers. We also carried out teaching and quality control. Our practice shows that the Weibo-based obstetrics case-based online teaching mode is novel in form, flexible in operation, can increase student participation and effectively improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment skills in obstetric residents.
