摘 要:目的:了解农村基层卫生人员之间的信任情况与工作绩效现状,探讨其信任与工作绩效的影响因素及相互关系。方法:在参考McAllister信任量表和王雁飞等人工作绩效量表的基础上设计问卷调查表,采用便利抽样法对湖北和河南省6个县(区)的21所乡镇卫生院及所辖村卫生室进行问卷调查,运用单因素分析和结构方程模型对数据进行分析。结果:共发放问卷874份,收回合格问卷770份:农村基层卫生人员之间信任情况与工作绩效得分分别为48.01±6.77分(得分率85.7%)、56.27±6.81分(得分率89.3%);单因素分析结果显示性别和职业类别对信任和工作绩效有统计学差异(P<0.05);农村基层卫生人员信任与工作绩效结构方程模型的χ~2值为415.574,χ~2/df为3.678(P<0.001),模型整体拟合良好,CFI=0.960、TLI=0.952,信任对工作绩效的总效应系数为0.50。结论:农村基层卫生人员之间信任情况与工作绩效均处于较高水平;性别和职业类别对信任和工作绩效有影响;信任对工作绩效产生了积极正向的影响。Objective To understand the status of trust and work performance of rural grassroots health professionals, and explore its interrelation and influencing factors. Methods Questionnaire was designed based on McAllister’s trust scale and other work performance scale. The convenience sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey in 21 township hospitals and village clinics in Hubei and Henan Province. Data was analyzed with single factor analysis and structural equation model. Results A total of 874 questionnaires were distributed, and 770 qualified questionnaires were retrieved. The score of trust and job performance of rural grassroots health personnel was 48.01±6.77(the scoring rate is 85.7%)and 56.27±6.81(the scoring rate is 89.39%), respectively. The results of single factor analysis showed that there had significant differences in trust and work performance among different gender and occupation(P<0.05). The χ~2 value of structural equation model of trust and job performance was 415.574, χ~2/df was 3.678(P<0.001), which had good overall fitting, with CFI as 0.960, TLI as 0.952. The total effect coefficient of trust on job performance was 0.50. Conclusion Trust and work performance of rural grassroots health professionals were at high level. Gender and occupation had influence on trust and work performance. And trust had a positive influence on work performance.
