摘 要:为了减少对鱼粉等高端蛋白质饲料原料的依赖,提高蛋白质饲料利用效率,以及应对饲料禁抗,为无抗饲料时代的到来做好准备,蛋白质发酵饲料的相关研究备受关注。近年来,我国发酵饲料发展迅速,尤其是蛋白质发酵饲料,规模已经超过了百万吨,而且上升势头依然强劲。本文就蛋白质发酵饲料的工艺技术、应用效果、发展前景做简要概述。In order to reduce the dependence on up-market protein feedstuffs such as fish meal,to improve the utilization efficiency of protein feedstuff,and to respond to the prohibition of presence of anti-nutritional factors in feed,so as to prepare for the coming of the era of no anti-nutritional factors in feed,the research on protein fermented feed has attracted much attention.In recent years,fermented feed has developed rapidly in China,especially the scale of protein fermented feed,which has exceeded one million tons.And the rising momentum is still strong.In this paper,the technology,application effect and development prospect of protein fermented feed are briefly summarized.
