摘  要:本文通过搭建"喷淋洗涤+湿式电除尘"试验平台来验证该技术在定型机废气治理中的效果。研究证明,喷淋塔除尘效率较高,在不同实验条件下,除尘效率均可达80%以上;除尘效果主要与喷嘴雾化效果有关,而与液气比关系不大,提高水压有助于提高水雾的雾化效果,进而强化喷淋塔对颗粒物的捕集;对于PM0.1-PM1.0粒径的颗粒物,喷淋塔可以实现比较高效的除尘效果;湿式电除尘器除油烟效率较高,可达80%以上。An experimental platform of"spray washing+WESP"was built to verify the effect of this technology in waste gas treatment of setting machine.The results show that the dust removal efficiency of spray tower is high,and the dust removal efficiency can be more than 80%under different experimental conditions;The dust removal efficiency is mainly related to the atomization effect of the nozzle,but has little effect with the liquid gas ratio.Increasing the water pressure helps to improve the atomization effect of the water mist,and strengthen the particle collection effect of the spray tower;for the particles with the size of PM0.1-PM1.0,the spray tower has high dust removal efficiency;the oil fume removal efficiency of the WESP is high,which can be more than 80%.
