摘　　要：对化工类少数民族双语生的学业状况进行了分析,对学业水平偏低的原因进行了探讨,建立了有组织指引、有制度规范、有教师指导的帮扶合作型"朋辈学习共同体",实施了以自然班级为载体,通过双语生与同班级中学习成绩优秀的汉族学生、学业导师"手牵手结对帮扶工程",实践表明,帮扶工程对加强双语生思想政治教育、提高学业水平效果显著。This paper analyzes the academic status of bilingual students of chemical minorities, discusses the reasons for the low academic level, and establishes an organization-guided、institutionalized、and teacher-assisted "cooperative peer learning community" I implemented a natural class as a carrier, through bilingual students and Han students with excellent academic performance in the same class, academic tutors "in hand-in-hand pairing assistance project", the practice shows that the assistance project will strengthen the ideological and political education of bilingual students, improve The academic level effect is remarkable.
