摘 要:目的:强化非直属附属医院带教老师的教学能力,提高教学效果,提升住院医师对授课的满意度和学员考试通过率过关率。方法:组织教学小组制定教学大纲、教学方法培训、课程质量审核,设计标准化临床实践课程,通过授课满意度调查分析以及比较执业医师考试、住院医师规范化培训结业临床实践能力考核结果,分析标准化临床实践课程实施效果。结果:标准化临床实践课程的实施后,住院医师对教学的满意度、及执业医师考试、住院医师规范化培训临床实践能力结业考核通过率有明显的提升。结论:标准化临床实践技能课程的设计和实施的有助于提升师资的教学能力及住院医师临床实践能力。Objectives: To strengthen the teaching ability of teachers in non-teaching hospitals, improve the teaching effect, and improve the residents’ satisfaction with teaching and the rate of completion. Methods: The standardized clinical practice courses were designed and implemented by organizing the teaching group to make the teaching program, the teaching method training, the course quality audit. Teaching satisfaction survey and analysis, as well as comparing the results of the examination of practicing doctors, the standardized training of resident doctors and the assessment of the clinical practice ability after graduation, the implementation effect was analyzed to study the effects of standardized clinical practice courses. Results: The residents’ satisfaction with the teaching, the passing rate of the examination of practicing physicians and the clinical practice ability of standardized training of resident physicians were significantly improved after the implementation of the standardized clinical practice courses. Conclusions: The design and implementation of standardized clinical practice courses can definitely improve the teaching ability of teachers and the clinical practice ability of residents.
