摘 要:为了明确液压系统中压力波动对系统性能的影响,以自主开发的船用柴油机的电液式可变气门系统为基础,建立柴油机压力波动评价体系。采用试验与仿真相结合的方法,研究了进油电磁阀的最大开度D(2.5~4.0 mm)和供油压力P(10~13 MPa)的耦合作用对电磁阀后液压油路各点(a,b,…,i)瞬时压力变化特征值(Pa^Pi)和特征相位(βa~βi)的影响。研究结果表明:瞬时压力特征值Pa、Pb、Pc、Pd、Pf、Pg、Ph、Pi随供油压力和最大开度的增加而增加,Pe随供油压力和最大开度的增加而减小;当最大开度D≥3.5 mm时,进油量达到限位孔高度,特征参数不再变化;特征相位βa、βg几乎不受供油压力和最大开度的影响,βb随最大开度的增加略有提前,几乎不受供油压力的影响;βc、βd、βf均随供油压力和最大开度的增加而提前,βe随最大开度的增加而提前,但几乎不受供油压力的影响;βh、βi随供油压力和最大开度的增加而延后。In order to clarify the influence of hydraulic pressure fluctuation on the hydraulic system performance the hydraulic system,based on the electro-hydraulic variable valve system of marine diesel engine,the evaluation system of pressure fluctuation was established,and the method of combining experiment and simulation was used.The maximum opening D(2.5 to 4.0 mm)and fuel supply pressure P(10 to 13 MPa)on the instantaneous pressure variation eigenvalues(Pa to Pi)and characteristic phase(βa toβi)of hydraulic oil path after solenoid valve of the oil intake solenoid valve was studied.The results show that the characteristic parameter Pa,Pb,Pc,Pd,Pf,Pg,Ph,Pi are increased with the increase of oil supply pressure and maximum opening,while the Pe value is decreased with the increase of oil supply pressure and maximum opening.When the maximum opening D≥3.5 mm,the oil quantity reaches the limit hole,the characteristic parameters no longer change,and the characteristic phaseβa andβg are almost unaffected by the oil supply pressure and the maximum opening,andβb increases slightly with the increase of the maximum opening.βc,βd,βf are advanced with the increase of oil supply pressure and maximum opening,andβe is earlier with the increase of maximum opening,but almost unaffected by oil supply pressure.βh,βi delay with the increase of oil supply pressure and maximum opening.3 tabs,16 figs,25 refs.
