摘  要:目前我国大力推进高校教师分类管理和评价制度,然而,一些高校的分类评价制度尚未达到预期的激励作用。在梳理高校教师分类评价制度实施现状的基础上,采用问卷调查法,运用激励理论和角色理论,分析高校教师对分类评价制度的期望与认知,探究分类评价制度对高校教师的激励效应,提出高校教师分类评价制度的优化策略。At present,China is vigorously promoting the classified management and evaluation system of college and university teachers.However,the classification and evaluation system implemented by some colleges and universities has not achieved the expected incentive effect yet.On the basis of the implementation status of the classification and evaluation system of college and university teachers,using the questionnaire survey method,and using the incentive theory and role theory,this paper analyzes the expectation and the cognition of college and university teachers to the classification and evaluation system,explores the incentive effect of the classification and evaluation system for college and university teachers,and puts forward the optimization strategies of the classification and evaluation system for university teachers'professional titles.
