摘 要:目的:研究CBL结合情景教学方法在本科临床妇科急症教学中的应用效果。方法:选取五年制临床本科妇科见习学生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组应用CBL结合情景教学法,对照组应用传统教学法。比较两组见习结束后的理论和技能考核成绩。结果:实验组选择题成绩与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05),病例分析和技能成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于CBL的情景教学方法可以提高临床学生对妇科急症的理论知识理解及应用能力。Objective:To study the application effect of CBL combined with situational teaching method in undergraduate clinical gynecological emergency teaching.Methods:five year clinical undergraduate students of gynecology were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.CBL combined with situational teaching method was used in the experimental group,and the traditional teaching method was used in the control group.The results of theory and skill examination were compared between the two groups.Results:there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),but the scores of case analysis and skills were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CBL based situational teaching method can improve the understanding and application ability of clinical students on the theoretical knowledge of gynecological emergencies.
