摘 要:目的:调查COVID-19疫情下护理专业高年级学生职业认同的变化现况及影响因素,为职业认同教育提供依据。方法:整群抽样选取某高校护理专业学生共501名为调查对象,采用自设职业认同变化和职业使命感问卷,通过问卷星进行调查。结果:COVID-19疫情后,79.2%的学生更加认同护理专业;19.1%没有变化;1.7%更加不认同。抗疫护理人员的榜样作用、专业课选用护理人员抗疫案例和职业使命感是影响因素。结论:结合抗疫护理人员的案例的榜样作用,提高职业使命感,可以对护生的职业认同起到积极作用。Objective: To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of professional identity of senior nursing students under covid-19 epidemic situation. Methods: A total of 501 nursing students in a university were selected by cluster sampling, and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the change of professional identity and career mission. Results: After the covid-19 outbreak, 79.2% of the students were more identified with the nursing major. 19.1% were no change;1.7% were even more disapproving. The influencing factors are the example role of nurses fighting against the epidemic, the choice of nurses fighting against the epidemic in professional courses and the sense of career mission. Conclusion: Combining the cases of anti-epidemic nursing staff into the teaching of professional courses, it can play a positive role in promoting the professional identity of nursing students by leading example.
