摘  要:标准化病人(Standardized Patient, SP)教学在当前国内外的医学教学和考核中被广泛应用并取得良好效果,有力推动了医学教育事业的健康发展。但相对于真实的临床实践教学,SP教学仍有其局限性,教学中应根据教学环节的需要和不同类型SP的特点合理选择使用;另外我国SP的职业认证和规范化培训等工作还有待进一步完善。Standardized patient(SP) teaching is widely used in medical teaching and assessment at home and abroad, and has achieved good results, which strongly promotes the healthy development of medical education. However, compared with the real clinical practice teaching, SP teaching still has its limitations, so it should be reasonably selected according to the needs of teaching links and the characteristics of different types of sp. in addition, the professional certification and standardized training of SP in China need to be further improved.
