调车机车底架结构轻量化研究

摘  要:为满足某调车机车对轴重的要求,建立车体结构有限元模型,对车体结构进行静强度校核。在保证车体结构强度和刚度满足要求的情况下,以底架质量最小化为优化目标,以底架结构板厚参数为设计变量,采用OPTISTRUCT软件对底架结构进行尺寸优化分析。分析结果表明:车体底架质量减轻11.97%,满足轻量化目标要求,且轻量化后的车体结构满足EN12663-1:2010标准中强度和刚度的要求。In order to meet the requirements of some locomotive axle load,the finite element model for the shunting locomotive body is built and the static strength for the body structure is calculated.Considering the factors of structure strength and stiffness and taking the minimum quality of underframe as the goal and taking the plate thickness parameters of underframe as design variables,the size optimization analysis of underframe structure is achieved using OPTISTRUCT software.The optimization analysis results show that the total mass of underframe is decreased by 11.97%after simulation optimization design,which has reached the lightweight target,the strength and stiffness of lightweight underframe is consistent with the requirement of EN12663-1:2010 standard.
