摘 要:[目的]明确吡丙醚对家蚕的影响,为养蚕生产提供参考,减少经济损失。[方法]跟踪调查芙蓉、932、湘晖、75324个蚕品种饲喂受微量吡丙醚污染后10、20、30、40、50 d的桑叶及30 d时的新长桑叶饲育5龄起蚕的发育情况,调查家蚕幼虫期、种茧期的各项指标,分析对蚕业生产的影响。[结果]4个蚕品种均表现出5龄期经过延长、结茧率降低、薄皮茧率增加、化蛹率降低、蛹期死亡率升高、蚕蛾体质减弱、蚕种质量降低等不良反应,不良反应随着污染时间延长逐渐减弱,受污染50 d后趋于正常水平;污染后长出的新叶具有微弱毒性,家蚕各项指标较正常情况偏低;不同品种的抗性不一样,其中932品种抗性最强、芙蓉抗性最弱。[结论]吡丙醚微量污染的情况下残效期可持续50 d以上。[Aims]This study aims to confirm the influence of pyriproxyfen on silkworm,so as to provide reference for future sericulture and reduce economic losses.[Methods]Follow-up investigation of the development of the fifth instar silkworms of Furong,932,Xianghui and 7532 were conducted fed with contaminated mulberry leaves by trace pyriproxyfen after 10,20,30,40,50 days and new mulberry leaves at 30 days.The indexes of silkworm at larval stage and cocoon stage were investigated,and the influence on silkworm production was analyzed.[Results]All four silkworm breeds showed adverse reactions such as prolongation of the fifth instar,reduction of cocoon-forming rate,increase of thin skin cocoon rate,reduction of pupation rate,increase of death rate at pupal stage,weakening of silkworm moth constitution and decrease of silkworm seed quality,etc.The adverse reactions gradually decreased with the extension of pollution time and tended to normal level after 50 days of contamination.The new leaves that grow after pollution have weak toxicity,and the indexes of silkworm are lower than normal.The resistance of different varieties was different,among which 932 had the strongest resistance and Furong had the weakest resistance.[Conclusions]The residual period of pyriproxyfen can last more than 50 days under the condition of trace contamination.
