摘  要:[目的]分析植保无人机喷雾参数对甘蔗雾滴沉积量及农药残留量的影响。[方法]试验采用3因素(喷洒流量、飞行高度、飞行速度)3水平的正交试验,应用3WWDZ-10A四旋翼电动无人机喷施5%氯虫苯甲酰胺超低容量液剂,水敏纸收集药液雾滴并经Deposit Scan软件分析,液相-串联质谱联用仪分析叶片中的氯虫苯甲酰胺残留量。[结果]植保无人机不同喷雾参数喷施甘蔗的上部雾滴沉积量大于中部和下部雾滴沉积量,叶片中的氯虫苯甲酰胺残留量表现为上部>中部>下部的趋势,叶片上部的雾滴沉积量与叶片上、中、下部的氯虫苯甲酰胺残留量有显著的相关性;经方差分析确定较优的作业参数组合:喷头流量15 L/hm2、作业高度3 m、飞行速度4 m/s,为无人机喷施甘蔗时的作业参数提供了参考。[结论]植保无人机的喷雾参数影响甘蔗雾滴沉积量及叶片中的农药残留量。[Aims]This study aims to analyze the influence of various spray parameters of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)on droplet deposition and pesticide residue of sugarcane.[Methods]The orthogonal test with three-factors(spray volume,flight height,and flight velocity)and three-levels was used to design experiment.The type of four-rotor electric UAV(3WWDZ-10A)was applied to spray 5%chlorantraniliprole.Water sensitive papers were used to collect droplets and droplet deposition was analyzed by software Deposit Scan,and liquid-tandem mass spectrometer was used to analyze the residual amount of chlorantraniliprole in leaves.[Results]The results showed that droplet deposition in the upper sprayed on sugarcane by UAV under various spray parameters was more than that of middle and lower.The residual amount of chlorantraniliprole in sugarcane leaves showed the trend of upper leaf>middle leaf>lower leaf.There was a significant correlation between droplet deposition in upper leaf and residual amount of chlorantraniliprole in upper,middle and lower leaves.The optimal spray parameters(15 L/ha of spray volume,3 m of flight height,4 m/s of flight velocity)were obtained after variance analysis,which provided a reference for the operation parameters of spraying sugarcane by UAV.[Conclusions]The spray parameters of UAV affected the droplet deposition and residual amount of pesticide in sugarcane leaves.
