摘 要:目的:初步探索赤苍藤茎的化学成分,并建立不同极性部分的指纹图谱。方法:采用植物化学成分系统预试验法及薄层色谱法对赤苍藤茎的化学成分进行分析。结果:化学成分预试法中显示赤苍藤茎中含有氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质类、有机酸、多糖和苷类、酚类、三萜类、挥发油、黄酮类、香豆素类化合物等化合物;薄层色谱法显示石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部分至少含有9、8和8种化合物。结论:本试验初步确定赤苍藤茎的化学成分,为进一步研究其药用价值提供了理论依据。Objective To explore the chemical components in stems of Erythropalum scandens Bl.,and gain finger-print of all abstraction fractions. Methods The chemical components in stems of Erythropalum scandens were tested by the systemic preparative test method and the thin layer chromatography( TLC). Results The chemical components in stems of Erythropalum scandens included the amino acid,polypeptide,protein,organic acids,polysaccharides,glycosides,phenols,triterpenes,volatile oil,flavonoids,coumarin,and other chemical components by the systemic preparative test method. The analyzed result of TLC showed that 9,8 and 8 kinds of principals were located in the petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate,and n-butanol. Conclusion This experiment preliminary determined the types of chemical components in stems of Erythropalum scandens,which would provided theoretical bases for developing the medicinal value.
