摘　　要：目的:通过对梅州客家地区中草药市场的深入调查,掌握其基本情况和基本特征,分析梅州客家中草药的资源及应用现状。方法:主要采用实地调查法和询问法对梅州市各地中草药铺、凉茶店等流通及应用的中草药资源及民间药用情况进行调查,应用植物分类学方法对药材分类及鉴别。结果:梅州民间常用中草药有193种,其中被子植物189种,蕨类植物3种,菌类植物1种,分布于82个科;52.8%中草药为《中国药典》收载品种,7.3%为《广东省中药材标准》收载品种,39.9%为梅州地区地方习用草药;部分常用客家中草药使用也存在一些品种混淆。结论:总结了梅州地区中草药市场的基本特点,常用于药用、药膳、凉茶,对预防及治疗疾病发挥着重要的作用;指出常见混用中草药品种,为梅州地区的客家中草药的正本清源及进一步合理开发利用提供了一定的参考依据。Objective Through in-depth investigation of the Chinese herbal medicine market in the Hakka area of Meizhou,grasp the basic situation and basic characteristics,and analyze the resources and application status of the Chinese herbal medicine in Meizhou.Methods The field survey method and inquiry method are mainly used to investigate the circulation and application of Chinese herbal medicine resources and folk medicinal conditions in Chinese herbal medicine shops and herbal tea shops in Meizhou,and the classification and identification of medicinal materials using plant taxonomy.Results There are 193 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine commonly used in Meizhou,including 189 species of angiosperms,3 species of ferns and 1 species of fungi.They are distributed in 82 families.52.8%of Chinese herbal medicines were collected in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,7.3%in Guangdong Province,39.9%in Meizhou.Some folk Chinese herbal medicine use there are some varieties of confusion.Some commonly used Hakka Chinese herbal medicines are also confused by some varieties.Conclusion Summarized the basic characteristics of the Chinese herbal medicine market in Meizhou.It is commonly used in medicinal herbs,medicated meals and herbal teas,and plays an important role in preventing and treating diseases.It points out that the common mixed Chinese herbal medicine varieties provide a certain reference for the original clear source of Hakka Chinese herbal medicine in Meizhou area and further rational development and utilization.
