《伤寒卒病论》中细辛使用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析《伤寒卒病论》中细辛的使用条件及使用方法。方法:以宋版《伤寒卒病论》为数据来源,采用excel软件,汇总分析包含细辛的收载处方。结果:《伤寒论》中含细辛的方剂共有5个,占全书所在方剂的4.42%;《金匮要略》中含细辛的方剂共有14个,占全书所在方剂的5.34%,其中内服汤剂为6个,内服散剂为5个。结论:《伤寒卒病论》中细辛入汤剂用量一般在二两以上,而入散剂则为三分,为今后临床合理使用细辛提供了参考依据。Objective To analyze the conditions and methods of using Asarum Sieboldii in the Shang Han Lun.Methods Using the data of the Song Edition of Shang Han Lun as the source,and using the excel software,to collect and analyze the prescriptions containing Herba Asari.Results There were 5 prescriptions containing asarum in treatise on Febrile Diseases,which accounted for4.42%of the prescriptions in the whole book,and 14 prescriptions containing asarum in Jinkui Yaolue,which accounted for 5.34%of the prescriptions in the whole book,of which 6 were taken orally,oral Powder For 5.Conclusion The dosage of Asarum sieboldll decoction can be used up to 20 grams,while the dosage of the powder can be maintained at about 3 grams.
