摘  要:目的探究网络教学模式在妇产科学临床教学中的应用效果。方法从2017年1月-2019年1月临床专业应届生中选取60名纳入研究,以学生自愿原则分为对照组和观察组,每组30名。对照组采用常规讲授+临床实践教学,观察组采用常规讲授+网络教学+临床实践教学,对两组学生出入科成绩进行评价和对比。结果入科时,两组学生理论知识、临床实技、病例分析能力、应变能力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出科时观察组学生理论知识、临床实技、病例分析能力、应变能力均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规讲授和临床实践教学模式中结合网络教学模式,可更有效利用教学资源,提高妇产科学临床教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect of network teaching mode in clinical teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,60 clinical freshmen were selected for inclusion in the study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group on the principle of student volition,with 30 cases in each group.The control group used conventional teaching+clinical practice teaching,and the observation group used conventional teaching+network teaching+clinical practice teaching to evaluate and compare the scores of the two groups of students.Results When entering the department,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of students in theoretical knowledge,clinical practice skills,case analysis ability,and adaptability(P>0.05);when leaving the department,the observation group students'theoretical knowledge,clinical practice skills,case analysis ability,and adaptability ability,better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining the regular teaching and clinical practice teaching mode with the network teaching mode can make more effective use of teaching resources and improve the clinical teaching effect of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
