摘 要:目的评价分析神经外科ICU病房应用微课结合翻转课堂教学模式的临床带教效果。方法选自2018年10月-2019年10月时间段于该院神经外科进行实习学习的58名护生展开研究,根据带教方法随机分为参照组(n=29)和观察组(n=29),参照组沿用既往带教方式予以学习,观察组则行微课结合翻转课堂教学予以学习,对比两组的理论成绩、实践操作能力和综合素养及对该次带教满意度展开评比。结果观察组理论成绩和实践操作能力及综合素养较参照组明显较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与参照组相比,观察组对该次带教满意度显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经外科ICU病房采取微课联合翻转课堂教学模式效果极为满意,不仅有效调动学生护理学习兴趣性,亦能培育护生创造性思维,同时有助于提升职业素养,临床应用价值高。Objective To evaluate and analyze the clinical teaching effect of the application of micro-class combined with flipped classroom teaching in neurosurgery ICU ward.Methods A study was carried out on 58 nursing students who were in the neurosurgery department of the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 for practical learning.According to the teaching method,they were randomly divided into a reference group(n=29)and an observation group(n=29),the reference group followed the previous teaching method to learn,and the observation group took micro-class combined with flipped classroom teaching to learn,compared the theoretical performance,practical operation ability and comprehensive quality of the two groups,and evaluated the satisfaction of this teaching.Results The observation group's theoretical performance,practical operation ability and comprehensive literacy were significantly better than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the observation group's satisfaction with this teaching was significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of the micro-class combined with flipped classroom teaching in the neurosurgery ICU ward is extremely satisfactory.It not only effectively mobilizes students'interest in nursing learning,but also cultivates the creative thinking of nursing students,and at the same time helps to improve professionalism and has high clinical application value.
