摘 要:目的分析在新入院护士实习带教管理中应用PDCA循环法的效果。方法于2018年4月-2019年4月将在该院实习的64名护士实习生纳入研究,并随机设为两个组别,给予对照组(32名)传统带教模式,给予实验组(32名)PDCA循环法带教。调查两组护生实习后的综合能力和对带教的满意程度。结果实验组护生理论知识、实践操作、护理查房、病历书写、积极性5项综合能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.657、15.274、13.443、7.690、25.593,P<0.001);在带教满意度上,实验组(96.88%)明显高于对照组(81.25%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.010,P=0.045)。结论PDCA循环法应用于新入院护士实习带教管理中,能够有效提升护生综合素质,促进带教质量不断改善,提高临床带教满意度,应用价值明显。Objective To analyze the effect of applying PDCA circulation method in the management of newly admitted nurses'practice teaching.Methods Sixty-four nurse interns who practiced in the hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were included in the study and randomly set into two groups.The control group(32 cases)was given the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group(32 cases)was given the PDCA cycle teaching.Investigate the comprehensive ability of the two groups of nursing students after internship and their satisfaction with the teaching.Results The scores of the five comprehensive abilities of nursing students in the experimental group:theoretical knowledge,practical operation,nursing rounds,medical record writing,and motivation were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.657,15.274,13.443,7.690,25.593,P<0.001);in terms of teaching satisfaction,the experimental group(96.88%)was significantly higher than the control group(81.25%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.010,P=0.045).Conclusion The PDCA cycle method is applied to the management of newly admitted nurses in practice teaching,which can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students,promote the continuous improvement of the quality of teaching,and improve the satisfaction of clinical teaching,with obvious application value.
