摘 要:为了加快小型四旋翼飞行器的设计效率,提出一种将逆向工程技术应用于飞行器的创新设计方法。该方法通过Handyscan 700三维激光扫描仪获取飞行器部件曲面的点云数据,基于Geomagic Design X软件重点对飞行器逆向设计过程中涉及的点云数据处理、曲面拟合、曲面重构等关键技术进行详细阐述,生成飞行器实体模型,完成小型四旋翼飞行器的创新设计。通过3D打印技术对创新设计模型进行了快速制造,实现了飞行器的创新设计与快速制造,进一步验证了逆向工程在小型四旋翼飞行器创新设计中的可行性和有效性。In order to speed up the design efficiency of small four-rotor aircrafts,an innovative design method which applies the reverse engineering technology to aircrafts is proposed.This method obtains the point cloud data of the surfaces of the aircraft components by the Handyscan 700 three-dimensional laser scanner.Based on the Geomagic Design X software,this paper focuses on the point cloud data processing,surface fitting,surface reconstruction,and other key technologies in the reverse design process of the aircrafts,generating the aircraft entity model and then completing the innovative design of the small four-rotor aircrafts.The innovative designed model is rapidly manufactured by 3D printing technology,and the innovative design and rapid manufacturing of the aircrafts are realized,which further verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the reverse engineering in the innovative design of small four-rotor aircrafts.
