摘 要:目的:探讨乳腺背景超声分型与乳腺癌组织学及形态学特征的相关性。方法:选取2017年9月—2018年9月在新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院经病理证实的乳腺癌患者119例,根据乳腺背景超声分型方法分为致密型和非致密型,其中致密型78例,非致密型41例,采用卡方检验分析不同乳腺背景下乳腺癌的组织学特征及形态学特征。结果:年龄<50岁与≥50岁、有无绝经在致密型与非致密型乳腺组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),T分级、N分级、组织学分级、淋巴管浸润在致密型与非致密型乳腺组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),有无高回声晕在致密型与非致密型乳腺间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),边界、纵横比、血流分级在致密型与非致密型乳腺间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺背景超声分型受年龄及月经状态的影响,高回声晕在非致密型乳腺中较易显示,结合乳腺背景超声分型观察高回声晕有助于提高乳腺癌的诊断。Objective:To investigate the correlation between breast background on ultrasonography and histology and morphology of breast cancer.Methods:From September 2017 to September 2018,119 breast cancer patients confirmed by pathology in the Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University were selected.According to the method of breast background ultrasound classification,they were classified into compact and non compact types,including 78 compact and 41 non compact patients.The histological and morphological characteristics of breast cancer in different breast backgrounds were analyzed by chi square test.Result:There was a significant difference between the dense and non dense breast groups in age and menopause(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in T,N,histological and lymphatic infiltration between dense and non dense breast groups(P>0.05),the difference of hyperechoic halo between dense and non dense mammary glands was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference of boundary,aspect ratio and blood flow grading between dense and non dense mammary glands was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Breast background ultrasound classification is affected by age and menstrual state,hyperechoic halo is easy to show in non dense breast,combined with breast background ultrasound classification to analyze the morphological characteristics of lesions is helpful to improve the diagnosis of breast cancer.
