中西药复方制剂存在的风险及风险管理体系构建的建议分析

摘　　要：目的分析中西药复方制剂存在的风险并为构建风险管理体系提出建议。方法该院药剂科自2018年7月起落实中西药复方制剂风险管理体系,分别选取管理前后的1000份中西药复方制剂处方作为观察对象,分析处方中存在的中西药复方制剂用药风险,并提出有效的管理措施。结果中西药复方制剂风险因素中药品命名和说明书问题、使用问题占比最高,发生率分别是32.50%(65例)、20.50%(41例);在管理前共计因以上因素引发用药风险67例,发生率是6.7%,管理后引发用药风险问题15例,发生率是1.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西药复方制剂存在的风险问题较多,问题复杂性较大,因此,构建相关的风险管理体系需要从完善法律制度、强化用药管理、生产管理等多个方面入手,才能有效规避风险的发生,确保用药的安全性。Objective To analyze the risks of Chinese and Western medicine compound preparations and make suggestions for building a risk management system.Methods The Pharmacy Department of the hospital implemented a risk management system for Chinese and Western medicine compound preparations in July 2018.It selected 1000 prescriptions of Chinese and Western medicine compound preparations before and after management as observation objects,and analyzed the risks of Chinese and Western medicine compound preparations in the prescriptions and put forward effective management measures.Results Among the risk factors of Chinese and Western medicine compound preparations,problems with drug naming and labeling,and problems with use accounted for the highest proportion,with incidences of 32.50%(65 cases)and 20.50%(41 cases)respectively;the above factors caused a total of 67 medication risks before management,the incidence rate was 6.7%,15 cases caused medication risk problems after management,the incidence rate was 1.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many risk problems in Chinese and Western medicine compound preparations,and the problems are more complicated.Therefore,the establishment of a related risk management system requires improvement of the legal system,strengthening of drug management,production management and other aspects to effectively avoid risks occurrence to ensure the safety of medication.
