摘　　要：随着医疗设备报警种类和数量的爆发式增长,大量的监护仪器和新型医疗设备在临床当中应用。因此就需要护理人员对报警进行处理。报警提示已成为医患生命安全与身体健康的潜在影响因素。近年来报警疲劳日益引起国内外学者对其关注研究,尤其报警疲劳的危害对患者和护理人员的影响不容忽视。该文从护士报警疲劳的定义、影响因素、报警疲劳的危害、报警疲劳的应对处理措施,,以及对未来预防报警疲劳的科技应用展望等方面对报警疲劳进行阐述,加以综合归纳。主要总结了ICU护士的报警疲劳的研究进展。With the explosive growth of the types and numbers of medical equipment alarms,a large number of monitoring instruments and new medical equipment are used in clinical practice.Therefore,nursing staff is required to deal with the alarm.The alarm reminder has become a potential factor affecting the life safety and physical health of doctors and patients.In recent years,alarm fatigue has increasingly attracted the attention of domestic and foreign scholars.In particular,the impact of alarm fatigue on patients and nursing staff cannot be ignored.This article elaborates and summarizes the alarm fatigue from the definition of nurse alarm fatigue,its influencing factors,the hazards of alarm fatigue,the countermeasures for alarm fatigue,and the prospects for the future application of science and technology to prevent alarm fatigue.Mainly summarizes the research progress of alarm fatigue of ICU nurses.
