多层螺旋CT在肠梗阻诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT在肠梗阻诊断中的应用价值。方法针对该院2018年2月—2019年9月收治的肠梗阻患者,从中方便选择106例作为该次研究对象,所有患者均接受了X线与多层螺旋CT检查。比较两种检查方式的诊断准确率、梗阻类型检出率、梗阻原因检出率。结果多层螺旋CT梗阻检出率为96.22%,明显高于X线检出率79.25%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.024,P<0.05);多层螺旋CT梗阻机械性肠梗阻、绞窄性肠梗阻、动力性肠梗阻检出率为95.83%、100.00%、90.91%均高于对照组的77.08%、83.33%、77.27%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.903、8.369、9.227,P<0.05);多层螺旋CT肠梗阻诊断出肠粘连、肠道肿瘤、腹腔感染、疝气、血供不足诊断符合率为100.00%、100.00%、95.83%、66.67%、80.00%,明显高于对照组的79.31%、81.82%、75.00%、3.33%、50.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.023、5.774、7.016、10.252、8.825,P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT诊断肠梗阻效果优于X线,可以较为准确地判断肠梗阻部位与原因,为临床对症治疗肠梗阻患者提供了依据,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.Methods For patients with intestinal obstruction admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to September 2019,106 cases were conveniently selected as the subjects of this study,and all patients underwent X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT examinations.Compare the diagnostic accuracy rate,obstruction type detection rate,and obstruction cause detection rate of the two inspection methods.Results The detection rate of multi-slice spiral CT obstruction was 96.22%,which was significantly higher than the 79.25%detection rate of X-ray.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.024,P<0.05);multi-slice spiral CT obstruction of mechanical intestinal obstruction,strangulation detection rates of narrow bowel obstruction and dynamic bowel obstruction were 95.83%,100.00%and 90.91%higher than those of the control group of 77.08%,83.33%and 77.27%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.903,8.369,9.227,P<0.05);Multi-slice spiral CT intestinal obstruction diagnosed intestinal adhesions,intestinal tumors,abdominal infections,hernias,and blood supply insufficiency.The diagnostic coincidence rates were 100.00%,100.00%,95.83%,66.67%and 80.00%,which were significantly higher than In the control group,79.31%,81.82%,75.00%,3.33%,50.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.023,5.774,7.016,10.252,8.825,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction It is better than X-ray,can more accurately determine the location and cause of intestinal obstruction,provides a basis for clinical symptomatic treatment of intestinal obstruction patients,and has high application value.
