不同固位形式嵌体冠修复短冠磨牙的微渗漏效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较不同固位形式嵌体冠修复短冠磨牙的微渗漏效果,为临床口腔修复工作提供参考依据。方法:选择某院口腔科门诊于2015年7月~2019年2月间收治的108例短冠磨牙患者,所有患者均在根管治疗后行氧化锆嵌体冠修复,根据修复形式的不同将患者分为3组,即常规桩核嵌体冠组(A组)、髓室固位嵌体冠组(B组)和插销桩核嵌体冠组(C组),每组各36例。对3组患者的临床修复效果进行评价,同时在体视显微镜下观察微渗漏情况。结果:A、B、C3组患者修复成功率分别为80.6%、88.9%、86.1%,修复成功率组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组患者微渗漏分级之间的差异未见明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:嵌体冠修复短冠磨牙修复选择常规桩核嵌体冠、髓室固位嵌体冠以及插销桩核嵌体冠的修复效果均较好,微渗漏之间无明显差异,可根据患者情况选择合适的嵌体冠。Objective:To compare the effects of inlay crowns with different retention forms in repairing microleakage of short crown molars,so as to provide reference for clinical prosthodontics.Methods:108 patients with short crown molars admitted to a stomatological clinic from July 2015 to February 2019 were selected.All patients underwent zirconia inlay crown restoration after root canal therapy.According to the different types of restoration,the patients were divided into three groups:conventional post-core inlay crown group(group A),pulp chamber retention inlay crown group(group B)and inserted post-core inlay crown group(group C),with 36 cases in each group.The clinical repair effect of the three groups was evaluated,and the microleakage was observed under the visual microscope.Results:The success rates of repair in group A,B and C were 80.6%,88.9%and 86.1%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the success rates among groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the classification of microleakage among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Conventional post-core inlay crown,pulp-chamber retained inlay crown and inserted post-core inlay crown are all effective for short crown molar restoration,and there is no significant difference in microleakage.The appropriate inlay crown can be selected according to the patient's condition.
