摘 要:基于电路的短路状态,提出一种微细电化学加工的模糊进给控制方法;采用工业PC结合嵌入式控制器及自主研发的专用集成电路控制结构,通过交流伺服实现宏运动、压电致动器实现微运动,从而实现微细加工控制;先后完成软硬件设计、搭建试验装置,并开展微米量级小孔的系列加工试验.试验结果表明:采用提出的进给控制方法,能够保证微细电化学加工状态的恒定与加工电化学反应的稳定,实现微米量级的微小孔加工,满足微细加工工艺要求.Based on the short-circuit state of circuits,a fuzzy feed control method and system for fine electrochemical machining is proposed;an industrial PC combined with an embedded controller and a self-developed special integrated circuit control structure is used to achieve macro motion,piezoelectric induction through AC servo.Micro-movement and feed movement of the processing are realized using an actuator;the design of software and hardware is completed and the processing experiment of micrometer-sized small holes is realized.The system and processing experiments show that the feed control method can guarantee constant state of micro-electrochemical processing and stability of the electrochemical reaction of processing,realize the processing of micro holes on the order of micrometer,and meet the requirements of micro-processing technology.
