摘　　要：目的研制符合中国国情的维持性血液透析患者的照顾者营养饮食知信行调查问卷,并检验其信效度。方法参考《2016版中国居民膳食指南》、《慢性肾脏病患者膳食指导》,以知信行理论为基础,通过文献研究、小组讨论和德尔菲专家函询确立问卷条目,采用便利抽样的方法选取300例维持性血液透析患者的照顾者进行问卷的信效度检验。结果最终形成39个条目,专家对本研究熟悉程度(Cs)为0.91,权威系数(Cr)为0.872,判断依据系数(Ca)为0.896;Cronbach'sα系数为0.778;S-CVI水平为0.91;KMO=0.792;提取了14个主因子,累计方差贡献率为62.802%;Pearson相关分析知识维度r=0.957、态度维度r=0.182、行为维度r=0.388(P<0.05),各维度均具有显著相关性。结论本研究研制的问卷具有良好的信效度,可作为维持性血液透析患者营养饮食知信行的评价工具。Objective To develop a nutrition knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire for primary caregivers of maintenance hemodialysis patients.and test its reliability and validity.Methods Referring to the"2016 Chinese Dietary Guidelines"and"Dietary Guidance for Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease",based on the theory of knowledge,attitude and practice,through literature research,group discussion and Delphi expert letter,300 caregivers of maintenance hemodialysis patients were selected for reliability and validity of the questionnaire inspection.Results A total of 39 items were formed.The CS of experts was 0.91.The results showed that the authority coefficient(CR)was 0.872,the judgment basis coefficient(CA)was 0.896;Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.778;S-CVI level was 0.91;KMO was 0.792.A total of 14 main factors were extracted,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 62.802%.Pearson correlation analysis showed the correlation among each dimensions:the knowledge dimension(r=0.957)、attitude dimension(r=0.182),behavior dimension(r=0.388).Conclusion he questionnaire developed in this study has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an evaluation tool for nutritional diet knowledge,attitude and practice of maintenance hemodialysis patients.
